ADMISSION PROCEDURE |

New students are normally admitted to nursery and class IX only. Admission to other classes can be taken only if there are vacant seats. The admission for new entrants to class nursery and IX is normally done in October/November and July respectively and for other classes in April every year. The registration for admission to classes other than nursery and IX can be done in the months of March/April after the notification of vacancies.
Students seeking admission to othere classes shall produce a TC from the school last attended. But for admission to nursery the parents have to submit an official birth certificate in support of the date of birth.
The date of birth cannot be changed under any circumstance at a later date.

- Fee is to be paid quarterly between 8:30a.m. to 2:30p.m. On Saturday upto 11:30 a.m.
- On loss of fee booklet the duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs 20/-.
- If the payment is not made upto the 20th of the last month the fine will be Rs 200/-.
- If the payment is made in the last month of the quarter the fine will be Rs 200/-.
- All dues should be cleared before the final exams.
- Name of the students will be STRUCK OFF from the rolls without assigning any reason if Fee is not paid for a period of two months.
- Re-admission of Rs 200/- will be charged if admission is granted. Hence. To avoid inconvenience, timely payment of fee must be ensured every first month of the quarter.
- In case of any doubt regarding the payment of dues, Parents are advised to make the payment in full first and clarify with the school later. Adjustment can be made in the next bill.
- Parents have the option to deposit fee for the whole year in advance. If any fee cheque is dishonoured, payment will be accepted in cash in the school office with a penalty of Rs 100.
- Last but not the least, a student will not be allowed to sit for any of the examinations unless all dues of the school are paid up to date.
- Caution money, if any, will be refunded at the time of withdrawal from the school on the production of caution money deposit receipt along with an application on the prescribed proforma, provided all the school dues have been paid or settled. Refund of caution money will have to be claimed within a year from the date of withdrawal of student from school
